We are located in a quiet pedestrian district of the city, surrounded by typical old dalmatian stone houses. Our ancient and quiet neighborhood is named “Radunica“. It’s the ideal location for peace and relaxing: you have the option to go cycling, walking or swimming in the nearby beaches.

You will love the beach nearby, you can go to it on foot in 10 min (for example the stones beaches named Ovcice or sandy beach as Bacvice) or leave to the island in front of the Split for a daily trip by boat.

We are just 200mt on foot to the historical centre (Diocletiano’s Palace), resturants, shops, nightlife.
Very near to Split Ferries, bus station and train station; 20 minutes driving from/to Trogir and Split Airport by car, bus or taxi.

We love kids and pets and cool people in general.
